Candice Croydon MBCI
Business Continuity Partner at Smart DCC
Candice Croydon is a Business Continuity Partner known for bringing clarity, structure, and calm to complex organisational challenges. With a strategic mindset and a people‑first approach, she guides teams through planning, preparedness and resilience‑building with confidence and practicality. Candice specialises in helping organisations understand risk, strengthen continuity capabilities, and enhance their ability to operate effectively during disruption. Her work is grounded in collaboration, clear communication, and a genuine passion for enabling others to succeed under pressure.
When she’s not mapping out continuity plans or keeping organisations calm during chaos, Candice is busy 100%‑completing video games like it’s a competitive sport, wrangling a toddler with ninja‑level reflexes, and running a household powered mostly by caffeine and pure determination. A DIY extraordinaire who believes “I can probably build that” is a perfectly reasonable life philosophy, she’s also known for her unapologetically bright — and sometimes beautifully ugly — outfit choices that somehow work. Add in her reputation as a top‑tier comedic roaster and you’ve got someone who brings energy, humour, and a gloriously human touch to everything she does. -
