Daman believes 'Resilient People make Resilient Organisations' that then build Resilient Communities and ultimately the Resilient Planet. He will, first of all, establish the link of Organisational resilience with the VMV (Vision, Mission, Values) of the company - to establish the need. Then talk about my copyrighted formula for Personal Resilience, including an example from Steve Jobs of Apple. He will establish that any organisation that doesnt take care of its customers - is not a resilient organisation.
He will support his discussions with the help of live cases from Toyota, Citroen, Max Hospital, Airtel, Gillette, mi, India Post.
These discussions are directly in line with the theme chosen by BCI for this year's BCAW.
