Women of the past have paved the way for other women. This is true for many professions. For example, in the early 20th century few women worked outside the home compared to men. Back then many professions we know today it was rare or nonexistent for women to fulfill certain jobs.
Despite this, women have always been key contributors to an organization’s mission and to making the world a better place. Through the years female employees had to fight to get a seat at the table and beyond.
