This white paper examines the current state of equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in the resilience profession. It provides a neutral analysis of industry perspectives, the extent of EDI integration, and the potential benefits and challenges associated with its implementation. The white paper is based on a global survey of over 200 resilience professionals, supplemented by focus groups.
This research first seeks to understand the scope of EDI and considers the experiences of survey respondents within their wider organization and in business continuity and resilience teams. It also explores how widely EDI is embedded into business continuity and resilience plans.
